Shipping and returns

We send goods inside Australia. Freight is a flat $20.00 AUD per order. It is shown in your kit and on the payment page, and it is included in the total charged on PayPal before you pay.

Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply to goods that are not of acceptable quality, not fit for a disclosed purpose, or do not match their description. Those rights cannot be excluded.

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Write to support@propertymaintenance.co with your PayPal transaction details and the reason for the return. Goods should be unused and in original condition where possible. Australian Consumer Law guarantees still apply and are not limited by this 14-day window.

Refunds for payments already taken in PayPal are processed through PayPal after we confirm the return. Billing questions: billing@propertymaintenance.co.
