How do I pay?

Add tools to the kit, enter an Australian address on the payment page, then continue to PayPal. Card details stay on PayPal.

Where is the order list?

This site does not keep an order journal. Paid orders appear in your PayPal Activity. Refunds are made from the PayPal account.

What about freight?

Australian freight is a flat $20.00 AUD per order. It is shown in your kit and on the payment page before you pay on PayPal. See shipping and returns.

Can I return an item?

Yes. You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Email support@propertymaintenance.co with your PayPal transaction details. Australian Consumer Law rights still apply beyond that window where the law requires it.

Do you take bookings for a carpenter?

No. This is a tool shop, not a labour booking desk.
