When you pay, you give a name, email address and Australian delivery address so the order can be placed with PayPal. Your browser may keep the bay list and the cookie choice on your device. See the cookie policy.
If you write to support@propertymaintenance.co, billing@propertymaintenance.co or info@propertymaintenance.co, we handle the address and the message so we can reply.
Payments
Payment is processed by PayPal Australia Pty Limited. We do not collect card numbers, the name on a card, expiry or CVC on this site. PayPal handles those details under its own terms. We receive a payment confirmation so we can arrange the goods.
Why we handle this information
We use it to take steps toward a contract, meet tax and record-keeping duties, and establish or defend legal claims. We do not sell personal information.
Who else might see it
PayPal sees the order total, the line items we send from the catalogue, and the delivery address you typed. A carrier may later receive a name and address to deliver the parcel. Hosting of this website is provided by our web host. This site does not load analytics or advertising pixels unless you accept optional cookies.
How long we keep it
Payment records are kept for the period required by Australian tax rules. Browser storage lasts until you clear it.
Access and correction
You may ask for access to, or correction of, personal information we hold, and you may complain to us at info@propertymaintenance.co. We will say if a legal exception applies.
