Shipping and returns

We send goods inside Australia. Freight is a flat $20.00 AUD per order. It is shown in your kit and on the payment page, and it is included in the order total before you confirm.

Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply to goods that are not of acceptable quality, not fit for a disclosed purpose, or do not match their description. Those rights cannot be excluded.

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Write to support@propertymaintenance.co with your order number and the reason for the return. Goods should be unused and in original condition where possible. Australian Consumer Law guarantees still apply and are not limited by this 14-day window. Complete Property Maintenance is the seller: we handle the return. Any manufacturer warranty stays with the brand named on the product card.
