If you write to support@propertymaintenance.co, billing@propertymaintenance.co or info@propertymaintenance.co, we handle the address and the message so we can reply.
Payments
You place the order on the checkout page. We keep the delivery details so we can arrange the goods. Card details are not entered on this site.
Why we handle this information
We use it to take steps toward a contract, meet tax and record-keeping duties, and establish or defend legal claims. We do not sell personal information.
Who else might see it
We keep the order total, the line items from the catalogue, and the delivery address you typed. A carrier may later receive a name and address to deliver the parcel. Hosting of this website is provided by our web host. This site does not load analytics or advertising pixels unless you accept optional cookies.
How long we keep it
Payment records are kept for the period required by Australian tax rules. Contact-form messages are kept long enough to reply. Browser storage lasts until you clear it.
Access and correction
You may ask for access to, or correction of, personal information we hold, and you may complain to us at info@propertymaintenance.co. We will say if a legal exception applies.
